The following cancellation and reschedule policy applies to most standard Glue Experiences. Certain Glue Experiences may have unique cancellation and reschedule policies, which will be noted on the description of the event or otherwise communicated at the time of booking. To check the reschedule and cancellation policy that applies to your Glue Experience, email support@glue.co.
Fully virtual events:
- Customer Cancellation 10+ business days out: 100% refund of deposit, seats, or credits
- Customer Cancellation 4-9 business days out: 50% refund of deposit, seats, or credits
- Customer Reschedule 4-9 business days out: 100% of deposit, seats, or credits will be applied to the rescheduled event
- Customer Cancellation or Reschedule 1-3 business days out: no refund or rollover issued
Virtual events with deliverables:
- Customer Cancellation 15+ business days out:
- If the customer has confirmed or sent the final address list for deliverable fulfillment: 25% refund of deposit, seats, or credits
- If the customer has not confirmed or sent the final address list for deliverable fulfillment: 100% refund of deposit, seats, or credits
- Customer Reschedule 15+ business days out: 100% of deposit, seats, or credits will be applied to the rescheduled event. If perishable materials must be reshipped to attendees, additional fees will apply.
- Customer Cancellation 4-14 business days out: 25% refund of deposit, seats, or credits
- Customer Reschedule 4-14 business days out: 100% of deposit, seats, or credits will be applied to the rescheduled event. If perishable materials must be reshipped to attendees, additional fees will apply.
- Customer Cancellation or Reschedule 1-3 business days out: no refund or rollover issued
